The porcelain maker Bernardaud brought the first collaboration of Chef Guy Savoy and designer Bruno Moretti to life. The ultimate goal of this collaboration was to create plates worthy of presenting the Guy Savoy Restaurant’s emblematic dish, which is an artichoke soup with black truffle accompanied by a flaky brioche. This successful collaboration gave birth to an exclusive line of dishes that includes a three-tiered plate, a perforated plate, a cloche with a delicate stem and a surprise cup.
